The Board of Directors of North San Gabriel Municipal Utility District No. 1, (the "District") will publicly receive bids on up to $6,105,000 Unlimited Tax Road Bonds, Series 2026B (the "Bonds") on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 9:00 A.M., Central Standard Time, at the office of the District's Financial Advisor, Masterson Advisors LLC, 3013 Carlisle Drive, Austin, Texas 78757. At a Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 11:30 A.M., Central Standard Time, at the offices of Allen Boone Humphries Robinson LLP, 919 Congress Avenue, Suite 1500, Austin, Texas 78701, the Board will immediately take action to reject any and all bids or accept the bid resulting in the lowest net interest cost to the District.
A bid for the Bonds may be delivered to the District electronically, by telephone or delivered directly to the District in a sealed envelope addressed to the "President and Board of Directors, North San Gabriel Municipal Utility District No. 1" at the above address of Masterson Advisors LLC. All bidders must submit a signed "Official Bid Form" and a bank cashier's check in the amount of $122,100 payable to the order of "North San Gabriel Municipal Utility District No. 1" as a Good Faith Deposit. Additional terms and conditions related to the submission of a bid for the Bonds are included in the "Official Notice of Sale."
The Bonds will mature serially on September 1, 2028 through 2051, and will be dated June 1, 2026. The "Official Notice of Sale," "Preliminary Official Statement," and "Official Bid Form" may be obtained from the District's Financial Advisor, Masterson Advisors LLC, 3013 Carlisle Drive, Austin, Texas 78757. This notice does not constitute an offer to sell the Bonds but is merely notice of sale of the Bonds as required by Texas law. The offer to sell the Bonds will be made by means of the "Official Notice of Sale," "Preliminary Official Statement," and "Official Bid Form."

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a telephonic public hearing to be held by Travis County Facilities Corporation (the "Issuer") on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Interested parties may join the public hearing on the date and the time indicated above by dialing 1-855-282-6330 (US Toll Free) and, when prompted, entering the meeting code 2664 779 5252.
The hearing is regarding the issuance of obligations by the Issuer, which may be issued pursuant to a plan of finance in one or more series, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $50,000,000 (the "Bonds"). The Bonds will be issued as exempt facility bonds for qualified residential rental projects pursuant to section 142(a)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"). Proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to Cameron Road Apartments Ltd. or an affiliate thereof (collectively, the "Borrower") to finance the costs of the acquisition, construction and equipping of an approximately 336-unit multifamily housing facility (the "Project") to be located at approximately 4915 E Yager Lane, Austin, Texas 78754. The Borrower will be the initial owner and principal user of the Project.
All interested persons are invited to express their views with respect to the Project and the issuance of the Bonds.
