Amend the ERC Regulating Plan to remove the property located at 1705 and 1717 South Lakeshore Boulevard and 1712 East Riverside Drive from the ERC Regulating Plan and to change the boundary of the ERC Regulating Plan.

The well is proposed to be discreetly completed in the Middle Trinity Aquifer. Will B Crenshaw II and Beverley M Crenshaw will operate the proposed well for the irrigation needs of a residential property. A Permit Application will be required in order to operate and produce from these wells in the future. The proposed well is located in Travis County at 3658 Stoneridge Rd, Austin, TX 78746 (30°15'58.33"N, -97°48'58.48"W).
