NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
APPLICATIONS FOR OPERATING PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that OP III ATX Ledgestone II, LP; OP III ATX Ledgestone I, LP; and OP III ATX Ledgestone I TH, LP have applied to the Southwestern Travis County Groundwater Conservation District ("District") for operating permits authorizing groundwater production from the Lower Trinity Aquifer for landscape irrigation.
Requested authorizations are as follows: (1) OP III ATX Ledgestone II, LP – up to 2.81 million gallons (8.62 acre-feet) per year from a well located at 8921 W. U.S. Hwy 290, Austin, TX 78736 (Longitude: -97.921444; Latitude: 30.229222); (2) OP III ATX Ledgestone I, LP – up to 2.98 million gallons (9.145 acre-feet) per year from a well located at 9021 W. U.S. Hwy 290, Austin, TX 78736 (Longitude: -97.923969; Latitude: 30.228822); and (3) OP III ATX Ledgestone I TH, LP – up to 2.64 million gallons (8.10 acre-feet) per year from a well located at 9021 W. U.S. Hwy 290, Austin, TX 78736 (Longitude: -97.926781; Latitude: 30.228147). The General Manager recommends approval of each application at reduced volumes with special permit conditions.
The District's Board of Directors will hold public hearings on these applications during a special meeting on April 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM (CST) at Bee Cave City Hall, 4000 Galleria Parkway, Bee Cave, TX 78738. Interested parties may submit written comments prior to the hearing or appear and provide comments at the hearing. Any person seeking to contest an application must submit a written request for a contested case hearing in accordance with District Rules prior to the start of the public hearing.
