Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Title 12, Chapter 505, Sections 505.159 and 505.160 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation ("PCDC") will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting place located at 3801 Helios Way, Suite 130, Pflugerville, Texas 78660 at a meeting to commence at 6:00 p.m. on the 25th day of March, 2026. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comment prior
to the expenditure of Type B sales tax funds of PCDC in support of the following projects:

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City of Bee Cave will hold public hearings to consider an ordinance amending the Thoroughfare Plan included in Section 3.2 of the "Our Bee Cave 2037 Comprehensive Plan". The proposed amendments include new roadway segments, intersection improvements, and other mobility enhancements.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments.
Date and Time of Hearings for the Above Referenced Matters:
The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on March 17, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and will consider a recommendation to the City Council.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing on March 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and may consider adoption of the ordinance amending the Thoroughfare Plan.
Both meetings will be held at City Hall, 4000 Galleria Parkway, Bee Cave, Texas 78738.
