The program is currently funded at $421,570.00. The City proposes to add $1,042,456.87 in Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) Program Income, increasing the total funding for the Library Outdoor Learning Program to $1,464,026.87. The NSP Program Income was generated through the City's previously closed Neighborhood Stabilization Program. The funds were not previously incorporated into the City's CDBG program due to CDBG expenditure and timeliness considerations.
