In accordance with Art. 6252-17 sec. 3A(a), (g) and (h) V.A.C.S. and Subchapter Z, Chapter 152.905 Local Government Code V.A.C.S., notice is hereby given that the 194th, 195th, 203rd, 204th, 265th, 282nd, 283rd, 291st, 292nd, 363rd District Courts, Criminal District Court No. 1, Criminal District Court No. 2, Criminal District Court No. 3, Criminal District Court No. 4, Criminal District Court No. 5, Criminal District Court No. 6, and Criminal District Court No. 7, will conduct a public hearing on Friday, August 21, 2026, at 11:30 a.m. in the courtroom of Criminal District Court No. 3 located on the 6th floor, Frank Crowley Courts Building, 133 N. Riverfront Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75207. The purpose of this hearing is to receive testimony and set Fiscal Year 2027 compensation for the Official Court Reporters of the above mentioned District Courts.

According to the definition of Significant Non-Compliance as prescribed by the Environmental Protection Agency General Pretreatment Regulations 40 CFR 403.8(f) (2)(vii), A93 Nutritional Labs, LLC was determined to be in Significant Non-Compliance (SNC) of their permit to discharge industrial wastewater into the City of Richardson Sewer System and to the NTMWD Rowlett Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (RWWTP) during the period from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
A93 Nutritional Labs, LLC was determined to be in SNC of its Industrial Users Permit for submitting reports greater than thirty days late. The excursions did not appear to adversely affect the NTMWD Rowlett Creek RWWTP.
