The City Council of the City of Dallas, Texas will hold a public hearing via videoconferencing and in the Council Chambers, 6th Floor at City Hall. Thoroughfare Plan Amendments
Applicant Request: The Potters House of Dallas, Inc. has requested an amendment to the City of Dallas Thoroughfare Plan to change the designation of Grady Niblo Road between 3,650 feet east of Mountain Creek Parkway and Merrifield Road from a standard six-lane divided principal arterial roadway in 107 feet of right-of-way (S-6-D) to a minimum four-lane divided minor arterial roadway In 80 feet of right-of-way (M-4-D(A)).
Applicant Request: The City of Dallas Department of Transportation and Public Works has requested an amendment to the City of Dallas Thoroughfare Plan to change the designation of Crouch Road between Patrol Way and Lancaster Road from a standard two-lane undivided roadway in 56 feet of right-of-way and 36 feet of pavement (S-2-U) to a minimum four lane undivided roadway in 60 feet of right-of-way and 40 feet of pavement (M-4-U).
Applicant Request: The City of Dallas Department of Transportation and Public Works has requested an amendment to the City of Dallas Thoroughfare Plan to remove Colonial Avenue between Pennsylvania Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.
The City encourages the property owners to inform tenants of potential changes.

According to the definition of Significant Non-Compliance as prescribed by the Environmental Protection Agency General Pretreatment Regulations 40 CFR 403.8(f) (2)(vii), A93 Nutritional Labs, LLC was determined to be in Significant Non-Compliance (SNC) of their permit to discharge industrial wastewater into the City of Richardson Sewer System and to the NTMWD Rowlett Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (RWWTP) during the period from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
A93 Nutritional Labs, LLC was determined to be in SNC of its Industrial Users Permit for submitting reports greater than thirty days late. The excursions did not appear to adversely affect the NTMWD Rowlett Creek RWWTP.
