PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF SPECIAL FLOOD HAZARD AREA REVISION
The City of Parker Public Works Department hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between West Lucas Road and Lewis Lane.
Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised along Muddy Creek from a point approximately 700 feet upstream of Lewis Lane to a point approximately 14 feet downstream of West Lucas Road.
As a result of the revision, the 1-percent-annual-chance water-surface elevations shall increase and decrease, and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain will widen and narrow within the area of revision.
Maps and detailed analysis of the revision can be reviewed at the City of Parker Public Works Department's office at 5700 E. Parker Road, Parker, TX 75002. According to the definition of Significant Non-Compliance as prescribed by the Environmental Protection Agency General Pretreatment Regulations 40 CFR 403.8(f) (2)(vii), A93 Nutritional Labs, LLC was determined to be in Significant Non-Compliance (SNC) of their permit to discharge industrial wastewater into the City of Richardson Sewer System and to the NTMWD Rowlett Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (RWWTP) during the period from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
A93 Nutritional Labs, LLC was determined to be in SNC of its Industrial Users Permit for submitting reports greater than thirty days late. The excursions did not appear to adversely affect the NTMWD Rowlett Creek RWWTP.
