MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS
Notice is hereby given of a telephonic public hearing to be held by the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (the "Issuer") on July 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. All interested parties are invited to call in to express their views with respect to the Development and the issuance of the Bonds, each as described herein. The Borrower is the initial owner and principal user of the Development.

Zoning Cases
This notice authorizes the City Plan Commission to recommend approval of a different zoning district than the one requested, except that the different district may not (1) have a maximum structure height, floor area ratio, or density that is higher than the one requested; or (2) be "nonresidential" when the one requested is for residential uses or vice versa. Moran, as the owner and operator of the M/V STRANGER DANGER ("Petitioners"), have filed a Complaint pursuant to Title 46 U.S.C. §§ 30501– 30512 as amended, claiming the right to exoneration from, or limitation of liability of all claims for any loss, damages or personal injury arising out of the alleged events and/or incident involving a passenger on the chartered vessel, the M/V STRANGER DANGER on or about June 1, 2024 , and Petitioner's activities related thereto, all as is more fully set forth in the Complaint.
