Thoroughfare Plan Amendments
Applicant Request: The Potters House of Dallas, Inc. has requested an amendment to the City of Dallas Thoroughfare Plan to change the designation of Grady Niblo Road between 3,650 feet east of Mountain Creek Parkway and Merrifield Road from a standard six-lane divided principal arterial roadway in 107 feet of right-of-way (S-6-D) to a minimum four-lane divided minor arterial roadway in 80 feet of right-of-way (M-4-D(A)).
Applicant Request: The City of Dallas Department of Transportation and Public Works has requested an amendment to the City of Dallas Thoroughfare Plan to change the designation of Crouch Road between Patrol Way and Lancaster Road from a standard two-lane undivided roadway in 56 feet of right-of-way and 36 feet of pavement (S-2-U) to a minimum four lane undivided roadway in 60 feet of right-of-way and 40 feet of pavement (M-4-U).
Applicant Request: The City of Dallas Department of Transportation and Public Works has requested an amendment to the City of Dallas Thoroughfare Plan to remove Colonial Avenue between Pennsylvania Avenue and Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard.

MULTIFAMILY HOUSING REVENUE BONDS

Proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned LDG The Heights at UNT Station, LP, or an affiliate thereof (collectively, the "Borrower") to provide financing for an affordable multifamily housing development (the "Development") located at approximately 1021 East Wheatland Road, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas 75241. The Borrower is the initial owner and principal user of the Development.

Zoning Cases

Moran, as the owner and operator of the M/V STRANGER DANGER ("Petitioners"), have filed a Complaint pursuant to Title 46 U.S.C. §§ 30501– 30512 as amended, claiming the right to exoneration from, or limitation of liability of all claims for any loss, damages or personal injury arising out of the alleged events and/or incident involving a passenger on the chartered vessel, the M/V STRANGER DANGER on or about June 1, 2024 , and Petitioner's activities related thereto, all as is more fully set forth in the Complaint.
