Public Hearing Notice
The Richardson Zoning Board of Adjustment will conduct public hearings at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Richardson City Hall, 2360 Campbell Creek Blvd., Suite 525, Richardson, TX, to consider the following requests:
V 26-02: A request for a variance to Appendix A (Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Richardson's Code of Ordinances: Article IV, Sec. 4(e) to allow a 30-foot platted front building line in lieu of the required 35-foot platted front building line on the southern property line. The property is located at 20 Shady Cove Drive and is zoned R-1500-M Residential.
V 26-03: A request for a variance to Appendix A (Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance) of the City of Richardson's Code of Ordinances: Article VII, Sec. 4(d)(1) to allow maximum 37% lot coverage in lieu of the required maximum of 35% lot coverage. The property is located at 400 High Brook Drive and is zoned R-1100-M Residential.
