The City of Parker Public Works Department hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between West Lucas Road and Lewis Lane.
Specifically, the flood hazard information will be revised along Muddy Creek from a point approximately 700 feet upstream of Lewis Lane to a point approximately 14 feet downstream of West Lucas Road.
As a result of the revision, the 1-percent-annual-chance water-surface elevations shall increase and decrease, and the 1-percent-annual-chance floodplain will widen and narrow within the area of revision.

DATE, TIME, AND PLACE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING. Notice is hereby given that the Plano City Council will hold a Public Hearing on August 24, 2026, at 7:00 P.M. in the Senator Florence Shapiro City Council Chambers, 1520 K Avenue, Plano TX 75074, and via video conference to consider the following ordinance approving the Downtown Plano Public Improvement District 2026 O&M Annual Service Plan Update (the "2026 O&M Annual Service Plan Update") and the levying of assessments against certain property located within the District.
GENERAL NATURE OF THE IMPROVEMENTS. The general nature of the public improvements proposed to be undertaken and financed by the District for the special benefit of the property within the District (the "Property") is described within the 2026 O&M Annual Service Plan Update and consists of the cost of the Authorized Improvements.
COST OF THE IMPROVEMENTS. The estimated cost of operation and maintenance of the public improvements that are proposed to be assessed against the Property is $327,526.00.
BOUNDARIES OF THE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT. The boundaries of the District include approximately 40.86 contiguous acres located within the corporate limits of the City, whose outer boundary is generally depicted as G Avenue to the West, 13th Street to the South, L Avenue to the East, and 18th Street to the North. The Property is more fully described in the proposed 2026 O&M Annual Service Plan Update. A metes and bounds description and a map of the District, the proposed 2026 O&M Annual Service Plan Update, and the proposed Assessment Roll for the Property are available for public inspection at the office of the City Secretary.
WRITTEN OR ORAL OBJECTIONS. Written or oral objections to the proposed assessments against the Property will be considered at the hearing. ORDINANCE NO. 2026-8-2 (ZC2025-021) - An Ordinance of the City of Plano, Texas, amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, rezoning 0.9 acre of land out of the Alex M. Hetfield Survey, Abstract No. 432, located at the northeast corner of Los Rios Boulevard and Fitzgerald Drive in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, to rezone 0.9 acre from Agricultural to Single-Family Residence-7 and to expand Specific Use Permit No. 582 for Private Recreation Facility from 1.1 acres to 1.6 acres; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
Any violation of the provisions or terms of this ordinance by any person, firm or corporation shall be a misdemeanor offense and shall be subject to a fine in accordance with Section 1-4(a) of the City Code of Ordinances for each offense. Every day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
