The following Ordinance was passed by the Plano City Council on August 10, 2026 (Title and Penalty Clause Only).
ORDINANCE NO. 2026-8-2 (ZC2025-021) - An Ordinance of the City of Plano, Texas, amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City, Ordinance No. 2015-5-2, as heretofore amended, rezoning 0.9 acre of land out of the Alex M. Hetfield Survey, Abstract No. 432, located at the northeast corner of Los Rios Boulevard and Fitzgerald Drive in the City of Plano, Collin County, Texas, to rezone 0.9 acre from Agricultural to Single-Family Residence-7 and to expand Specific Use Permit No. 582 for Private Recreation Facility from 1.1 acres to 1.6 acres; directing a change accordingly in the official zoning map of the City; and providing a penalty clause, a repealer clause, a savings clause, a severability clause, a publication clause, and an effective date.
Any violation of the provisions or terms of this ordinance by any person, firm or corporation shall be a misdemeanor offense and shall be subject to a fine in accordance with Section 1-4(a) of the City Code of Ordinances for each offense. Every day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
A copy of this ordinance may be read or purchased in the Office of the City Secretary.

According to the definition of Significant Non-Compliance as prescribed by the Environmental Protection Agency General Pretreatment Regulations 40 CFR 403.8(f) (2)(vii), A93 Nutritional Labs, LLC was determined to be in Significant Non-Compliance (SNC) of their permit to discharge industrial wastewater into the City of Richardson Sewer System and to the NTMWD Rowlett Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (RWWTP) during the period from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
A93 Nutritional Labs, LLC was determined to be in SNC of its Industrial Users Permit for submitting reports greater than thirty days late. The excursions did not appear to adversely affect the NTMWD Rowlett Creek RWWTP.
