WITH COURT ORDER
CITY OF DALLAS TO
DEMOLISH STRUCTURE
On the 9th day of March 2026, the Municipal Court of Dallas conducted a public hearing and entered court orders requiring any owner, lienholder or mortgagee to demolish and remove the structure and any accessory structures located on the following properties in the City of Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, within 30 days:
1943 Bayside Street, 2535 Illinois Avenue, 9532 Glengreen Drive and 7338 Coronado Avenue. Upon a re-inspection of the above properties, the structures were found to exist after the deadline imposed by the court. Therefore, the City of Dallas, 10 days from the publication of this notice, intends to enter the property, demolish and remove the structure and any accessory structures on the property along with any components and personalty. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED RULEMAKING AND REVISIONS TO THE STATE IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality will offer a virtual public hearing on May 14, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time. The hearing is offered to receive testimony regarding proposed revisions to 30 Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 114 and the State Implementation Plan (SIP) that impacts the Texas vehicle inspection and maintenance program (Project Nos. 2026-003-114-AI and 2026-004-SIP-NR). The proposed rulemaking and SIP revision would implement Senate Bill (SB) 2102 and SB 1729 as they relate to requiring revenue neutrality. The proposed rulemaking and SIP revision would not change any fee amounts in 30 TAC Chapter 114. The hearing will be conducted in English, and instructions for participating in the hearing will also be provided in Spanish. La Comisión de Calidad Ambiental de Texas ofrecerá una audiencia pública virtual el 14 de mayo de 2026 a las 2:00 p. m. (horario de verano del Centro). Esta audiencia se ofrece para recibir testimonios sobre las revisiones propuestas al Título 30 del Código Administrativo de Texas y al Plan de Implementación Estatal (TAC y SIP, por sus respectivas siglas en inglés) que afectan el programa de inspección y mantenimiento de vehículos de Texas (Proyectos No. 2026-003-114-AI y 2026-004-SIP-NR). La reglamentación propuesta y la revisión al SIP implementarían los Proyectos de Ley del Senado (SB, por sus siglas en inglés) 2102 y 1729 en lo que respecta a exigir la neutralidad de ingresos.
