26-0007 CITY OF DALLAS ORDINANCES The Dallas city council passed the following ordinances at a meeting of the city council on April 8 2026. This ordinance becomes effective with this publication in accordance with the city charter. Ordinance No. 33376 An ordinance amending the zoning ordinances of the City of Dallas by permitting the following property, which is presently zoned as a Subarea 11 within Planned Development District 298 (Bryan Area Special Purpose District) with a D-1 Liquor Control Overlay: BEING a tract of land in City Block 7/767; fronting approximately 178.26 feet along the southeast line of Swiss Avenue northeast of Haskell Avenue; and containing approximately 1.02 acres, to be used under Specific Permit No. 2628 for the sale of alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a general merchandise or food store greater than 3,500 square feet; providing that this specific use permit shall be granted subject to certain conditions; providing a penalty not to exceed $2,000; providing a saving clause; providing a severability clause; and providing an effective date.
