26-0007 CITY OF DALLAS ORDINANCES The Dallas city council passed the following ordinances at a meeting of the city council on April 8 2026. This ordinance becomes effective with this publication in accordance with the city charter. Ordinance No. 33368 ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF DALLAS, TEXAS AMENDING THAT CERTAIN SECOND SUPPLEMENTAL INDENTURE AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF DALLAS SENIOR LIEN SPECIAL TAX REVENUE NOTES, SERIES A, THE TAXABLE NOTE PURCHASE AGREEMENT AND TAX-EXEMPT NOTE PURCHASE AGREEMENT RELATING TO SUCH NOTES, AND RESOLVING OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO Ordinance No. 33369 An ordinance providing for the abandonment and relinquishment of portions of a storm water drainage facilities easement, located in City Block 8402 in the City of Dallas and County of Dallas, Texas; providing for the quitclaim thereof to SRCP-RC; providing for the terms and conditions of the abandonment, relinquishment and quitclaim made herein; providing for the indemnification of the City of Dallas against damages arising out of the abandonments herein; providing for the consideration to be paid to the City of Dallas; providing for the payment of the publication fee; and providing an effective date for this ordinance. Ordinance No. 33370 An ordinance granting a private license to Westdale Properties America I, Ltd. to occupy, maintain and utilize portions of Main and Elm Streets rights-of-way located near their intersection with Trunk Avenue adjacent to City Block 847 within the limits hereinafter more fully described, for the purpose of occupying, maintaining and utilizing four trees and two landscaping and irrigation areas; providing for the terms and conditions of this license; providing for the one-time fee compensation to be paid to the City of Dallas; providing for payment of the publication fee; and providing an effective date of this license and ordinance. Ordinance No. 33371 An ordinance by the City Council of the City of Dallas, Texas, approving Resolution No. 2025-09-257, adopted by the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board on September 4, 2025, for the purpose of amending Chapter 17, Section 1704.2 of the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Construction and Fire Prevention Standards of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport Board, as follows: Chapter 17, Section 1704.2 of the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Construction and Fire Prevention Standards is amended to modify International Building Codes 2021 allowing DFW prime contractors to retain special inspectors with strict oversight, as reflected in Attachment 1 hereto.
