About the Study:
Collin County is studying a proposed new-location freeway that extends from State Highway 121 (SH 121) to the future U.S. 380 Freeway, covering approximately 10 miles. Interchange considerations are anticipated along SH 121, the Collin County Outer Loop (CCOL), and the U.S. 380 Freeway. The County aims to identify and preserve the corridor needed for the Collin County Northeast Freeway (CCNEF).

TAKE NOTICE THAT, for purposes of Section 147 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, the Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation (the "Issuer") will hold a public hearing on July 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., accessible to the public by telephone, with respect to a plan of financing that will consist of the issuance, in one or more series and in one or more years, of the Issuer's limited obligation revenue bonds (the "Bonds") in the approximate maximum aggregate principal amount of $750,000,000.
