City of Heath (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Heath Water Well 3
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at Heath City Hall located at 200 Laurence Dr, Heath, TX 75032 until August 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
An optional Pre-Bid Conference will be held on August 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM, at Heath City Hall located at 200 Laurence Dr, Heath TX 75032. Each bidder shall be limited to three personnel per organization.
The Project includes the following Work:
Work of the project generally includes the installation of a water well at the City of Heath's future elevated storage tank east of Governor's Blvd. The work includes but is not limited to: Drilling and completion of approximately 3,420 ft deep well, installation of well casing, column pipe, blank liner, stainless steel screening, discharge piping, associated pipe appurtenances, electrical equipment, pump, motor, treatment, and site civil improvements.
