The Collin County Commissioners Court will conduct a public hearing regarding proposed revisions to the Collin County Subdivision Regulations, Collin County Floodplain Management Regulations and the Collin County Manufactured Home Rental Community Regulations. The Public Hearing shall be held at a REGULAR SESSION of the Collin County Commissioners Court to be held on August 3 , 2026 at 1:30 P.M. in the Commissioners Courtroom, Fourth Floor, Jack Hatchell Collin County Administration Building, 2300 Bloomdale Road, McKinney, Texas. This public hearing is provided to allow interested parties to address the proposed revisions to the Regulations.
