
NOTICE OF COURT ORDER
On May 11, 2026, the City of Dallas held Public Hearings in Municipal Property Court to consider the issuance of an order requiring the repair, removal or demolition of the structures on various properties located within the City of Dallas. At the conclusion of each hearing, the Court ordered the following:
The cases involving structures located in the City of Dallas will be continued until 06/15/2026, at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. for the property at 732 Blaylock Dr.; AND will be continued until 07/13/2026 at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. 3030 N. Buckner Blvd.;1731 Meadow Valley Ln.; 1023 Betterton Circle; 2051 Bayside St. AND the following properties will be continued until 08/10/2026 at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. 10728 Brookport Place and
1906 Cassia Drive.
The cases involving structures located in the City of Dallas a Demolition Order was issued for 30, 60 and 90 days for 503 E. Lawson Road.
The cases involving structures located in the City of Dallas are a 30, 60 and 90-day repair agreement that was entered for 1515 Parker Road.
