NOTICE OF SUBDIVISION REVIEW COMMITTEE HEARING
STREET NAME CHANGE REQUEST
The Subdivision Review Committee of the City of Dallas, Texas, will hold a public
hearing at 8:30 a.m., Thursday, May 21, 2026, VIA VIDEOCONFERENCE and in
person at CITY HALL (Council Chamber, 6th Floor), to consider the street name
change requests described below:
1. STNAME-26-000003 An application to change Woodbine Avenue between Morrell
Avenue and Renner Road to "Dr. David Henderson Jr. Avenue".
2. STNAME-26-000004 An application to change Davenport Road between Preston Road
and Davenport Road to "Brentfield Drive".
3. STNAME-26-000005 An application to change Houston Street Bridge (Houston Street
Viaduct) between Zang Boulevard and Young Street to "Pettis Norman Bridge".
At this video conference an opportunity will be provided for all interested parties to be
heard concerning these applications.
The Subdivision Review Committee meeting will be held by videoconference and
in person at CITY HALL (Council Chamber, 6th Floor). Individuals who wish to
speak in accordance with the City Plan Commission Rules of Procedure should register to

Capacitación para el Proyecto de Vehículos de Cero Emisiones del Norte de Texas (NTxZEV)
El North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG por sus siglas en inglés) solicita propuestas por escrito a consultores calificados para organizar sesiones de capacitación sobre los vehículos pesados de cero emisiones (ZEV por sus siglas en inglés), incluyendo los vehículos eléctricos de batería y los vehículos eléctricos de célula de combustible de hidrógeno. La capacitación está dirigida a varios públicos específicos, entre los que se incluyen:
(1) personal de primeros auxilios (ej. departamentos de bomberos y policía, servicios médicos de emergencia, funcionarios del Departamento de Seguridad Pública, operadores de patrullas de cortesía) y personal de intervención posteriores a incidentes (ej. operadores de grúas, equipos de limpieza de materiales peligrosos); y,
(2) personal de flotas que adquiere Vehículos de Cero Emisiones (ZEV) como parte del proyecto NTxZEV, incluyendo mecánicos/técnicos.
El NCTCOG publicará esta Solicitud de Propuesta (RFP por sus siglas en inglés) el viernes 3 de abril de 2026 en el sistema Bidnet Direct y solo aceptará propuestas presentadas electrónicamente a través del sistema Bidnet Direct. Las propuestas enviadas por Bidnet Direct serán consideraras como la entrega oficial. Las propuestas deben enviarse en Bidnet Direct antes de las 5:00 p. m., hora central, del viernes 1 de mayo de 2026. No se aceptarán las propuestas recibidas después de dicho plazo.
