El North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG por sus siglas en inglés) solicita propuestas por escrito a consultores calificados para organizar sesiones de capacitación sobre los vehículos pesados de cero emisiones (ZEV por sus siglas en inglés), incluyendo los vehículos eléctricos de batería y los vehículos eléctricos de célula de combustible de hidrógeno. La capacitación está dirigida a varios públicos específicos, entre los que se incluyen:
(1) personal de primeros auxilios (ej. departamentos de bomberos y policía, servicios médicos de emergencia, funcionarios del Departamento de Seguridad Pública, operadores de patrullas de cortesía) y personal de intervención posteriores a incidentes (ej. operadores de grúas, equipos de limpieza de materiales peligrosos); y,
