DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas will open the waiting list for the following program:
Project Based Walker Voucher Program
Merritt McGowan Manor
1200 N Tennessee St
McKinney, TX 78609
Opening Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 9am
The Dallas Housing Authority will accept online applications for Project Based Walker Vouchers available at www.dhantx.com.
Project Based Voucher program applications will only be accepted for families that meet the criteria of one, two, and three-bedroom units. All units are located at 1200 N Tennessee St, McKinney, TX 78609. This project-based program will issue 10 vouchers and the Waitlist will remain open.
All applicants MUST use the website to apply. Assistance to apply located at DHA Headquarters, 3939 N Hampton Road, Dallas, TX 75212. Monday -Thursday 8am-5:30pm, Friday 8am-Noon.
Sign language interpreters and TTY are available with 72 hours advance notice. Families with disabilities requesting interpreters or other auxiliary aid accommodations may call DHA's Disability Rights Coordinator at 469-965-1961, or email DisabilityRights@dhantx.com to schedule interpreters. The family may also contact DHA's Disability Rights Coordinator for any other disability-related needs at DHA's main office located at 3939 North Hampton Road, Dallas, Texas 75212

General Notice
Sabine River Authority of Texas (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Iron Bridge Dam Rock Riprap Repair Phase 3
RFB #26-0301
Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Office of the Division Manager located at Lake Tawakoni Division, Sabine River Authority, 169 RCR 1480, Point, TX 75472, until Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Bids must be submitted and received no later than the opening date and time specified above. Any Bid received later than the specified time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The SRA is not responsible for ensuring the delivery of Bids to our offices. Bids shall be sealed and clearly marked, "Request for Bid – IRON BRIDGE DAM ROCK RIPRAP REPAIR PHASE 3 RFB#26-0301".
A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference between the SRA, prospective bidders, suppliers, etc. will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2026 at 2:00 pm. at the SRA Division Office, Lake Tawakoni Division, 169 RCR 1480, Point, TX 75472, TX to make certain that the scope of work is fully understood. All interested parties are requested to attend.
The Sabine River Authority reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive any formalities.
