Firms selected through this RFQ will be eligible to respond to future Request for Proposals (RFPs) for specific scopes of work. Firms may apply for inclusion on the pre-qualified list either as sole practitioners or as part of a team. Respondents are not limited to only one discipline; however, they must designate all professional disciplines for which they are submitting their qualifications. The City expects pre-qualified consultants to possess deep experience, technical proficiency, and have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
