The Notes will be issued for the benefit of SL Easton Partners, LP, a Texas limited partnership (the "Borrower"), in connection with the acquisition, construction and equipping of an approximately 323-unit multifamily housing development to be located at 7504 Cota Vista Drive, Austin, Travis County, Texas 78744 (at the corner of Cota Vista Drive and Alphabet Drive), or adjacent thereto (the "Development"). The Borrower will own the Development. It is anticipated that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Corporation will own the land on which the Development is located and lease such land to the Borrower. The proposed improvements to be undertaken at this time include street improvements, drainage improvements, water improvements, wastewater improvements, landscaping improvements, detention improvements, a portion of a WWTP capacity payment, lift station and force main improvements, offsite water improvements, trail improvements, improvements to 6 Creeks Boulevard, costs related to designing, constructing, and installing of the improvements, other improvements similar to those described above, bond issuance costs, and the first year annual collection costs (collectively, the "Improvement Area #6 Improvements").
The total costs of the Improvement Area #6 Improvements, including administrative costs and the costs of issuing bonds, are $18,288,000.
The boundaries of the District include approximately 858.7 acres of land located approximately 2.5 miles northwest of the City center near Interstate Highway 35 and Farm to Market Road 150, within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City. The boundaries of Improvement Area #6 of the District include approximately 113.707 acres of land within the District, as more particularly described by the metes and bounds descriptions available at Kyle City Hall for public inspection.
