CITY OF BEE CAVE
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AND PDD AMENDMENT
This amendment to Ordinance No. 432 applies to property within the Village at Spanish Oaks Planned Development District, generally located along Highway 71, east of Great Divide Drive and west of the Shops at the Galleria. A map of the affected area is available for public inspection at City Hall.
The proposed amendments include updates to development standards, modifications to the internal roadway layout, adjustments to allowed building levels while remaining within the district's maximum height, and revisions to the parcel land use table.
Date and Time of Hearing for the Above Referenced Matters:
Public Hearings regarding the above referenced amendments will be held at the Bee Cave Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting December 16, 2025, and the City Council meeting January 13, 2026. Both meetings will be held at 6:00 PM at City Hall: 4000 Galleria Parkway, Bee Cave TX 78738.

City of Bee Cave, Texas and Bee Cave Development Corporation Fiscal Year(s) 2026 and 2026 Funding of City Projects
The City of Bee Cave (the "City") and the Bee Cave Development Corporation, (the "BCDC") notifies the public of the public hearing on the following item that will be presented to the City Council for their consideration:
Public hearing regarding the use of the Bee Cave Development Corporation's funds for the fiscal year(s) beginning on October 1, 2025, and ending on September 30, 2026, for the Magnolia Musical Theatre project.
The BCDC desires to make an expenditure on behalf of the Magnolia Musical Theatre to assist in the funding of the Magnolia Musical Theatre Project. The BCDC would enter into a ("Performance Agreement") with the Magnolia Musical Theatre group which would further outline jobs to be created or retained, capital investment to be made, and the terms of repayment if Magnolia Musical Theatre does not meet the performance requirements under the Performance Agreement.
The City Council will hold two public hearings on November 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. and December 9, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. Both meetings shall be held at 4000 Galleria Pkwy, Bee Cave, TX 78738. This will allow the public an opportunity to provide public comments on the implementation of the Performance Agreement between the BCDC and the Magnolia Musical Theatre group and the project being funded by BCDC.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the "Board") of HICAM Municipal Management District (the "District"), at a meeting of said Board held on October 16, 2025, established the office of Coats Rose, P.C., Terrace 2 – 2700 Via Fortuna, Suite 350, Austin, Texas 78746, as the administrative office of the District. Such location shall be used as the mailing address for the District. The Board also established additional meeting places outside the boundaries of the District at: Coats Rose, P.C., Terrace 2 – 2700 Via Fortuna, Suite 350, Austin, Texas 78746; and 6201 Quinn Luke Trail, Austin, Texas 78724. The meeting locations are hereby declared to be public places and the public is invited to attend any meeting of the Board.
