Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the City of Jonestown Board of Adjustment will hold a special called public hearing to receive public input and consider action on the following item: A public hearing to receive public input and consider a request by property owner Bruce Taghinia for a Variance from the Jonestown Unified Development Code to allow construction of a metal carport in the front yard of the property located at 10806 West Lakeview Drive, Jonestown, Texas 78645. The applicant proposes to locate the carport approximately 12 feet from the front property line, where a 20-foot front setback applies to accessory structures and carports are otherwise permitted only in a side or rear yard. The property is identified as Property ID 185995 and legally described as Lot 15, Block A, Jonestown Hills Unit 2. The special called public hearing before the Board of Adjustment will be held on Monday, October 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Jonestown City Hall, 18649 FM 1431, Suite 4-A, Jonestown, Texas 78645.
