Property Description: LOTS 1-66, BLOCK A OF THE FINAL PLAT OF PEARL TOWNHOME SUBDIVISION, CITY OF BEE CAVE, TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN DOCUMENT NUMBER 202500116 OF THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS OF TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A REPLAT OF BLOCK B, LOT 4 OF THE HILL COUNTRY GALLERIA SUBDIVISION, AND BLOCK B, LOT 5 OF THE AMENDED FINAL PLAT OF THE HILL COUNTRY GALLERIA OF LOTS 1-8 AND 10-26, BLOCK A, LOTS 1-3 AND 5-8, BLOCK B, AND LOT 1, BLOCK C, BOTH ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF BEE CAVE, TEXAS, AS RECORDED IN DOCUMENT NUMBERS 200600357 AND 200700378 OF THE OFFICIAL PUBLIC RECORDS OF TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS
The application covers a request to amend Ordinance No. 25-574.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments.
The proposed amendment seeks to:
Remove the requirement for single-phase development of Tract A.
Add a new section to allow sequential site infrastructure turnovers for Tract A.
Include a Turnover Plan exhibit for Tract A to illustrate these changes.
The amendment does not alter the property's approved uses, development intensity, site regulations, open space, park improvements, or other substantive provisions of the existing PDD.
Date and Time of Hearing for the Above Referenced Matters:
Public Hearings regarding the above referenced amendments will be held at the Bee Cave Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting May 19, 2026, and the City Council meeting May 26, 2026. Both meetings will be held at 6:00 PM at City Hall: 4000 Galleria Parkway, Bee Cave TX 78738.
