NOTICE OF ENACTMENT OF ORDINANCE
The following is an ordinance finally passed and approved by the City Council of the City of Bee Cave, Texas, in Regular Session on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage and publication as required by governing law.
ORDINANCE NO. 611
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BEE CAVE, TEXAS, AMENDING ARTICLE 4, CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF BEE CAVE, TEXAS TO ADD SECTIONS 4.01-4.05, ANIMALS; AND PROVIDING FOR FINDINGS OF FACT, A CUMULATIVE CLAUSE, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
Section 4.01.005 Enforcement.
All provisions of this chapter may be enforced through any criminal, civil, or administrative means allowed by law. For any civil or administrative enforcement, the City can obtain a civil penalty between $1.00 and $1,000.00 per day for so long as the violation occurs or continues.
