Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of Lakeside Municipal Utility District No. 9 of Travis and Williamson Counties, Texas, has established meeting places outside the boundaries of the District at the following locations, and such locations are declared to be public places and open to the public: the offices of Lloyd Gosselink Rochelle & Townsend, P.C., 816 Congress Avenue, Suite 1900, Austin, Texas 78701; the offices of Tiemann Land and Cattle Development, Inc., 21100 Carries Ranch Road, Pflugerville, Texas 78660; and the offices of Jones-Heroy & Associates Inc., 13915 North Mopac Expressway #200, Austin, TX 78728. The public and all residents and taxpayers of the District and all other interested persons are hereby invited to attend any meeting of the Board of Directors.

Fiscal Year 2026 Budget
The City Council of the City of Cedar Park, Texas will hold two Public Hearings on the Fiscal Year 2026 Proposed Budget and Property Tax Rate on Thursday, September 4, 2025 at 7:00pm and Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 7:30 pm. The hearings will be held at 450 Cypress Creek Road, Building 4 – Council Chambers.
This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year's budget by $1,993,109 or 3.37%, and of that amount $878,180 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.
This budget is based upon a proposed tax rate of $0.360000 per $100 of valuation, which is a reduction of $0.003000 per $100 from the current tax rate of $0.363000 per $100.

Amendment of the Unified Development Code (UDC) Article 3 Zoning Regulations:
The City of Bee Cave, Texas, will hold a public hearing to consider proposed amendments to the Unified Development Code (UDC), specifically Article 3, Zoning, and Article 9, Definitions. The purpose of these amendments is to incorporate new land uses into the UDC, which will require updates to the Use Chart in Article 3 and the addition of associated definitions in Article 9.
