Pathways Asset Management, Inc. has announced a waiting list opening for Pathways at Northgate and Gaston Place Apartments, from 8 a.m. March 24, 2026 to 12 p.m. March 27, 2026.
Applications MUST be submitted through the online application portal at www.hacaapply.org. The application can be accessed by any computer, tablet, or cell phone with an internet connection. Applicants must have an EMAIL address to apply and the ability to access that email.

On Wednesday, April 8 at noon, Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority will conduct a public hearing and take testimony on proposed August 2026 Service Changes.

The public hearing will be held in person at 2910 E. 5th Street in the Rosa Parks boardroom and remote participation will be available, with timely prior registration, to anyone desiring to speak at this hearing. Notice is given that the Barton Springs-Edwards Aquifer Conservation District Board of Directors will hold a Public Hearing at its regular meeting on Thursday, April 9, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the District office, 1124 Regal Row, Austin, Texas, 78748.
Will B Crenshaw and Beverly Crenshaw (3658 Stoneridge Rd, Austin, TX 78746, filed a well drilling authorization application on December 9, 2025, with the Barton Springs-Edwards Aquifer Conservation District (District) for a new nonexempt well. The well is proposed to be discreetly completed in the Middle Trinity Aquifer. Will B Crenshaw II and Beverley M Crenshaw will operate the proposed well for the irrigation needs of a residential property. A Permit Application will be required in order to operate and produce from these wells in the future. The proposed well is located in Travis County at 3658 Stoneridge Rd, Austin, TX 78746 (30°15'58.33"N, -97°48'58.48"W).
