NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
Lakeside Municipal Utility District ("MUD") No. 5 is soliciting proposals for the construction of the Grove at Blackhawk Splash Pad Project (the "Project") on behalf of Lakeside MUD No. 5, Lakeside MUD No. 9, Lakeside Water Control and Improvement District ("WCID") No. 1, Lakeside WCID No. 2A, Lakeside WCID No. 2B, Lakeside WCID No. 2C, and Lakeside WCID No. 2D (collectively, the "Districts"). The Project consists of an approximately 4,000 square foot splash pad, 7,600 square foot playground area, 2,580 square foot building, and 40-space parking lot, and related irrigation and site work, as detailed in the plans and specifications for this Project. The Project will be located in the vicinity of 19625 Judy's View, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. Responsive proposals must be clearly marked "THE GROVE SPLASH PAD PROPOSAL" on the outside of the envelope and addressed to Lakeside Municipal Utility District No. 5, c/o Johnson, Mirmiran, and Thompson Inc., Attn: Pablo Martinez Construction Manager Agent. Proposals must be submitted in-person and will be publicly read aloud at a public bid opening held at 2:00 PM CDT on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 21100 Carries Ranch Road, Pflugerville, Texas 78660. The Districts will not accept late responses, and any proposal received after this time will be returned unopened. The Districts reserve the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept any bid, which, in their discretion, is in the best interest of the Districts.
