Based on the information collected by BCRWWS, the following industries have met the EPA criteria for Significant Noncompliance.

During June-November 2024, Reporting Period, Cargill failed to sample all required parameters for its discharge monitoring report. Cargill also violated its permit by diluting their stream at Outfall 002.

During the Semi-Annual Reporting period for December 2024 through May 2025 pretreatment year, Cintas failed to complete their One-Time Discharge Monitoring Report sampling.

During the Semi-Annual Reporting period December 2024-May 2025, Wayne failed to sample correctly for its One-Time Discharge Monitoring Report. Wayne sampled phosphorus as grabs instead of composites.

Kalahari failed to sample for second semi-annual discharge monitoring reporting period for December 2024 through May 2025.

IMPACT FEES
The City Council of the City of Cedar Park will hold a public hearing to consider amendment of the Land Use Assumptions and a Capital Improvements Plan and the imposition of water and wastewater impact fees. Water and wastewater impact fees are currently assessed to new or expanded water and wastewater service within the jurisdiction of the City of Cedar Park. These fees do not apply to existing Cedar Park utility customers who do not request an expansion of service and do not increase the monthly fees charged for water and sewer service.
THE PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD:

Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along a flow diversion path of Grover Tributary from Grover Avenue to a point approximately 500 feet northwest of the intersection of West Koenig Lane and Grover Avenue.
