The City of Pflugerville Development Services Center, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City of Pflugerville's intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located Upstream of Weiss Lane. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Wilbarger Creek from a point directly upstream of Weiss Lane to a point approximately 2,120 feet upstream of Weiss Lane. Additionally, the flood hazard information for Wilbarger Creek Tributary A shall be revised from the confluence with Wilbarger Creek to approximately 2,440 feet downstream of Balaton Boulevard.
As a result of the revision, there are no changes to the floodway, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall both increase and decrease, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall both widen and narrow within the area of revision.
