NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In accordance with Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, notice is hereby given that Strategic Housing Finance Corporation of Travis County (the "Corporation"), will conduct a public hearing telephonically on December 11, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. Central Time. All persons interested may monitor and participate in the hearing by calling 1-866-866-2244 (a toll-free telephone number) and entering 1785736#, followed by a pound key (#) promptly at 9:00 a.m. Central time on December 11, 2025. The hearing concerns the issuance of an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $8,000,000 in tax-exempt housing revenue bonds or notes, in one or more series (the "Bonds"), the proceeds of which are to be used to finance a portion of the cost of the development, construction, financing and ownership of an approximately 180-unit multifamily residential rental development (the "Development"). The name of the Development is Lakeway Apartments, and is located at or near the intersection of Ranch Road 620 and Storm Drive, Travis County, Texas 78734. The owner of the Development is TX Lakeway Apartments, LP, a Texas limited partnership (the "Partnership").
The Bonds, when issued, will be special, limited obligations of the Corporation payable solely out of the revenues derived from a financing or loan agreement with the Partnership. THE BONDS DO NOT CONSTITUTE A LIABILITY OF TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS OR OF ANY OTHER MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OR POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF TEXAS WHATSOEVER. PAYMENT ON THE BONDS IS NOT TO BE MADE FROM TAXES OR ANY OTHER PUBLIC FUNDS.
Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and will be given the opportunity to express their views concerning the approval of the issuance of the Bonds for the purposes of financing the Development.
