This is proposed amendment: Proposed Amendment to Title 25 (Land Development Code) relating to East 11th Street Neighborhood Conservation Combining District: Amend Title 25 (Land Development Code) relating to the East 11th Street Neighborhood Conservation Combining District to allow Cocktail Lounge use as a conditional use at the Project Location.
