Contractor will provide the City of Liberty Hill a maintenance bond for 20% of the wastewater improvements construction cost that will remain in force for one (1) year from the date of acceptance. The Contractor will provide to the City of Georgetown a maintenance bond for 10% of the water improvements construction cost within the subdivision that will remain in force for two (2) years from the date of acceptance. Contractor will provide to Williamson County M.U.D. No. 19H, a maintenance bond for 10% of the streets excavation, drainage, water and wastewater improvements construction cost that will remain in force for one (1) year from the date of acceptance.
