NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The City of Bee Cave, Texas proposes to institute annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following described territory, to-wit:
FOR APPROXIMATELY 32.69 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, OUT OF THE WILLIAM CONRADI SURVEY NO. 70, ABSTRACT NO. 211, SITUATED IN TRAVIS COUNTY, TEXAS, COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS 15615 HAMIL TON POOL RD, TX 78738
A public hearing will be held by and before the City Council of the City of Bee Cave, Texas on the 28th day of October, 2025 at six o'clock in the City Council Chamber of the City Hall of the City of Bee Cave, Texas, for all persons interested in the above proposed annexation. At said time and place all such persons shall have the right to appear and be heard. Of all said matters and things, all persons interested in the things and matters herein mentioned, will take notice.

The Project will be owned and operated by the Borrower and/or affiliated entities.

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with Title 12, Chapter 505, Sections 505.159 and 505.160 of the Texas Local Government Code, the Pflugerville Community Development Corporation ("PCDC") will hold a public hearing at its regular meeting place located at 3801 Helios Way, Suite 130, Pflugerville, Texas 78660 at a meeting to commence at 6:00 p.m. on the 17th day of September, 2025. The purpose of this hearing is to solicit public comment prior to the expenditure of Type B sales tax funds of PCDC in support of the following projects:
Community Engagement Grant for Workforce and Career Development from the Pflugerville Independent School District. The PCDC funds will be used to provide resources to help students thrive in their chosen career paths and employers build talent pipelines within the community, not to exceed $105,000.00
Community Engagement Grant from the Pflugerville Area Youth Baseball and Softball. The PCDC funds will be used to improve essential areas for baseball and softball, provide a clean, safe environment, build appropriate fencing, upgrade dugouts, purchase scoreboards, and other noted upgrades to ensure functionality and encourage long-term participation in youth sports, not to exceed $315,455.00.
Construction of the Helios Way Right-in & Right-out Driveway and Impact Way Phase IV projects not to exceed $5,854,531.10.
Support of Project Nexus in an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00 for the development, planning, design, construction, expansion, renovation, equipping, and improvement of an approximate 53-acre parcel of real property owned by the PCDC. The development is intended for any lawful purpose under the Texas Local Government Code Chapter 505, including but not limited to the following: (i) primary job training facilities for use by institutions of higher education; (ii) regional or national corporate headquarters facilities; and (iii) entertainment, tourist, and public park purposes, including but not limited to related stores, restaurants, concessions, parking facilities, infrastructure improvements, landscaping, signage, and other amenities or enhancements that support or are ancillary to these primary purposes.
Public hearing related to the approval of all programs, projects, and expenditures of the Pflugerville CDC for Fiscal Year 2025-2026, as further described in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Budget to be approved by the Board of Directors.
Financial incentives for Project Anchor not to exceed $5,000,000.00 in exchange for economic development obligations to the PCDC.
