Public Notice Notice of Community Development Project & Public Hearing Notice is hereby Given to all interested persons, that: Pursuant to the Development Corporation Act, as amended, on July 14, 2026, the City of Cedar Park Community Development (Type B) Corporation authorized the publication of Public Notices related to a Veterans Park Pool Expansion Project in Cedar Park, Texas (the "Project"). The Project is to enhance and support the current Veterans pool expansion project. Funds will be used to provide additional features, including replacing the existing water play structure, adding a lifeguard training room/rentable indoor space, a wave pool, and other amenity upgrades and enhancements. This project is supported by the 2024 Parks and Recreation Master Plan and was also an approved project in the 2022 bond program. The Project is estimated to be $2,000,000, although this amount is subject to future revision.
