Public Notice Notice of Community Development Project & Public Hearing Notice is hereby Given to all interested persons, that: Pursuant to the Development Corporation Act, as amended, on July 14, 2026, the City of Cedar Park Community Development (Type B) Corporation authorized the publication of Public Notices related to a Bell Boulevard Corridor Study Project in Cedar Park, Texas (the "Project"). The Project will provide funding for consulting services to assess the feasibility of reducing driveways, improving safety for all users, adding medians, illumination, pavement improvements, drainage accommodations, shared-use paths and/or sidewalks, pedestrian amenities such as benches and trash cans, and landscaping and beautification elements, and recommend improvements. The Corporation's expenditure on the proposed Project is estimated to be $1,250,000, although this amount is subject to future revision.
