Please take notice that the City Council for the Village of The Hills will conduct a public hearing at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 102 Trophy Drive, Village of The Hills, Texas concerning a proposed amendment to the City Code for the Village of The Hills adopting a comprehensive zoning ordinance for the Village of The Hills and adopting a citywide zoning map for the Village of The Hills.
The proposed comprehensive zoning ordinance would designate zoning districts for all properties within the Village of The Hills, define permitted uses of properties within each district, and create an offense for violation of the ordinance.
At the time of the hearing, the City Council will: (a) convene acting as a planning and zoning commission under Local Government Code Section 211.007 to conduct a hearing on a preliminary report concerning a proposed comprehensive zoning ordinance and citywide zoning map, receive public input, and adopt a final report and recommendation: and (b) convene as the governing body to conduct a public hearing as required by Local Gov'! Code Section 211.006(a) and consider adoption of the comprehensive zoning ordinance and citywide zoning map.

The Board of Directors of Comal County Master Water Improvement District (the "District") will publicly receive bids on up to $2,750,000 Contract Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 (the "Bonds") on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 9:15 A.M., Central Standard Time, at the office of the District's Financial Advisor, Masterson Advisors LLC, 3 Greenway Plaza, Suite 1100, Houston, Texas 77046. At a Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., Central Standard Time, at 387 W. Mill Street, Suite 180, New Braunfels, Texas 78130, the Board will immediately take action to reject any and all bids or accept the bid resulting in the lowest net interest cost to the District.
