Development Project & Public Hearing
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
Pursuant to the Development Corporation Act, as amended, on July 8, 2025, the City of Cedar Park Community Development (Type B) Corporation authorized the publication of Public Notices related to a Safe Pedestrian Crossings – Phase 2 Project in Cedar Park, Texas (the "Project").
The Project will provide funding to continue installing high-visibility (piano key) crosswalks throughout the City, enhanced signage for both drivers and pedestrians, illumination for improved nighttime visibility, and LED blank-out signs at heavily-utilized signalized crosswalks located near new/expanded business enterprises, parks, and other community facilities, in the interest of improving pedestrian safety. The Project is estimated to be $1,000,000, although this amount is subject to future revision.
A public hearing will be held by the Corporation on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at 6:30 pm at:

The City Council of the City of Lakeway will hold public hearings on the proposed fiscal year 2025-2026 annual budget at the Regular City Council meeting on Monday, September 15, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. and at the Special City Council meeting on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City of Lakeway City Hall, located at 1102 Lohmans Crossing, Lakeway, Texas 78734.

The Board of Directors of Comal County Master Water Improvement District (the "District") will publicly receive bids on up to $2,750,000 Contract Revenue Bonds, Series 2025 (the "Bonds") on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 9:15 A.M., Central Standard Time, at the office of the District's Financial Advisor, Masterson Advisors LLC, 3 Greenway Plaza, Suite 1100, Houston, Texas 77046. At a Board of Directors meeting on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 10:00 A.M., Central Standard Time, at 387 W. Mill Street, Suite 180, New Braunfels, Texas 78130, the Board will immediately take action to reject any and all bids or accept the bid resulting in the lowest net interest cost to the District.
A bid for the Bonds may be delivered to the District electronically, by telephone or delivered directly to the District in a sealed envelope addressed to the "President and Board of Directors, Comal County Master Water Improvement District" at the above address of Masterson Advisors LLC. All bidders must submit a signed "Official Bid Form" and a bank cashier's check in the amount of $55,000 payable to the order of "Comal County Master Water Improvement District" as a Good Faith Deposit.
