Great Escapes Opportunity Zone Fund, LLC, 16740 Albert Voelker Road, Elgin, Texas 78621, has applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) to renew Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) Permit No. WQ0015802001 (EPA I.D.
