Notice is hereby given of a public hearing as required by Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code") to be held on behalf of Arlington Higher Education Finance Corporation (the "Issuer") on August 5, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Central Standard Time, at the below toll-free teleconference number, with respect to the captioned Bonds (the "Bonds") to be issued as qualified 501(c)(3) bonds under Section 145 of the Code in one or more series in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $300,000,000 by the Issuer. The proceeds of the Bonds will be used pursuant to a plan of financing that may involve one or more bond issues and the proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to Harmony Public Schools, a Texas nonprofit corporation and an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Code (the "Borrower"), for the following purposes (collectively, the "Project"):
(A) financing and refinancing the costs (including repaying and discharging the Borrower's Amended and Restated Loan Agreement with Regions Commercial Equipment Finance, LLC (the "Loan Agreement")) of acquiring, constructing, improving, furnishing, and equipping educational facilities for students of the Borrower's campuses and administrative facilities, including the purchase of land, the reimbursement of the Borrower for costs incurred with respect to the Project and the payment of interest on the Bonds at the following locations:

(B) paying a portion of the costs of issuing the Bonds, establishing reserves for the Bonds and the Project, funding capitalized interest, and paying for a fee for a guarantee of debt service payments on the Bonds by the Texas Permanent School Fund.
The proceeds of the Loan Agreement financed costs of the Project described in paragraph (A) above in anticipation of the issuance of the Bonds.
The Project will be owned and operated by the Borrower and used in an integrated operation of the Borrower. The Bonds are not payable out of taxes and are secured by and payable solely from funds provided by the Borrower.
The public hearing will be conducted in a manner that provides a reasonable opportunity for interested individuals with differing views on both the issuance of the Bonds and the financing of the Project to be heard and to present their oral and written comments, and will be conducted by Celeste Kelly, or her designee (the "Hearing Officer"). THE TURNER'S CROSSING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing will be conducted by the Commissioners Court of Travis County, Texas on July 14, 2026, at or after 9:00 a.m. at the Travis County Administration Building, Commissioners Courtroom, 700 Lavaca St., First Floor, Austin, Texas 78701.
The public hearing will be held to consider proposed assessments to be levied against the assessable property within Improvement Area #4 of the Turner's Crossing Public Improvement District (the "District") pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended (the "PID Act"). The proposed public improvements to be undertaken at this time within Improvement Area #4 include water and wastewater system improvements, storm drainage and water quality facilities improvements, roadway and sidewalk improvements, and soft costs and project management fees (the "Improvement Area #4 Improvements").

The boundaries of the District include approximately 446.732 acres within the County and the extraterritorial jurisdiction of the City of Austin, Texas (the "City"), generally located approximately 1.5 miles east of the intersection of IH-35 and SH-45-SE, as more particularly described by a metes and bounds description available for public inspection at the office of the Travis County Tax Assessor-Collector, 2433 Ridgepoint Dr., Austin, Texas 78754. The metes and bounds description of Improvement Area #4 of the District is also available for public inspection at the office of the Travis County Tax Assessor-Collector.
All written or oral objections on the proposed assessments within Improvement Area #4 of the District will be considered at the public hearing.

APPLICATION AND INTENT TO OBTAIN PERMIT UNDER THE HIGHLAND LAKES MARINA ORDINANCE
The Lower Colorado River Authority has received an application for a permit for a marina facility pursuant to the LCRA Highland Lakes Marina Ordinance (the Ordinance). Boathouse Dockominiums AMD has applied for a permit to construct a new marina facility to replace the 10 existing Waterside Docks, each with three wet mooring slips. If approved, the new facility will include 30 wet mooring slips and 12 personal watercraft ramps. The new facility will cover approximately 22,000 square feet of water surface area on Lake Travis near the Waterside Condominiums in Lago Vista.
On June 4, 2026, LCRA determined the application is administratively complete.
A determination that an application is administratively complete does not mean the application has been approved. A determination of administrative completeness only means the applicant has submitted information required by the Ordinance. LCRA will now review and evaluate the information in the application to determine if a permit should be issued. This is referred to as the technical review, which may take up to 45 business days and may be extended if LCRA staff determines additional information is required.
