You are hereby notified that a public meeting will be held by the Building and Standards Commission on July 22, 2026. The meeting will be held at the City of Austin Permitting and Development Center (PDC), located at 6310 Wilhelmina Delco Drive, Austin, Texas 78752, in Room 1405, and online, viewable via live broadcast at http://www.austintexas.gov/page/watch-atxn-live beginning at 6:30 p.m.
The BSC hears and determines cases concerning alleged violations of the Austin City Code and other City ordinances, which may include the issuance of binding orders to property owner(s) to vacate, close, repair or demolish structure(s) on the subject property; to relocate occupants; and to hear and render decisions on appeals.
Public comment will be allowed in person or by telephone. All speakers (property owners, representatives and/or interested parties) seeking to participate by telephone must register upon receipt of this notice, no later than July 21, 2026 by Noon. To register, you must contact the board liaison at DSDCREDBSC@austintexas.gov or 512-974-2679. Participants will be required to provide their name, agenda item(s) they wish to speak on, a telephone number or email address. Once a request to speak has been received, participants will be contacted with further instructions.
