APPLICATION AND INTENT TO OBTAIN PERMIT UNDER THE HIGHLAND LAKES MARINA ORDINANCE
The Lower Colorado River Authority has received an application for a permit for a marina facility pursuant to the LCRA Highland Lakes Marina Ordinance (the Ordinance). Boathouse Dockominiums AMD has applied for a permit to construct a new marina facility to replace the 10 existing Waterside Docks, each with three wet mooring slips. If approved, the new facility will include 30 wet mooring slips and 12 personal watercraft ramps. The new facility will cover approximately 22,000 square feet of water surface area on Lake Travis near the Waterside Condominiums in Lago Vista.
On June 4, 2026, LCRA determined the application is administratively complete.
A determination that an application is administratively complete does not mean the application has been approved. A determination of administrative completeness only means the applicant has submitted information required by the Ordinance. LCRA will now review and evaluate the information in the application to determine if a permit should be issued. This is referred to as the technical review, which may take up to 45 business days and may be extended if LCRA staff determines additional information is required.

The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will host a public meeting to provide an update on the upcoming removal action at the former Camp Swift Munitions Response Sites 2 and 4. The presentation will be in an open house format.
The former Camp Swift is a Formerly Used Defense Sites (FUDS) property. These sites encompass properties across the U.S. that were originally used as military installations or training areas that were transferred out of the Department of Defense's (DoD) control before 1986 and returned to public and private use.
The DoD is removing material potentially presenting an explosive hazard (MPPEH) present in these FUDS properties. A remedial investigation was conducted at the former Camp Swift in 2015 to identify and recover potential explosive hazards from the area. The remedial investigation documented munitions and explosives of concern (MEC) at Munitions Response Sites 2 and 4. The results of the remedial investigation are indicative of the types of potential MEC that may still be present prompting the need for the upcoming removal action. If MEC hazards are identified during the removal action in MRS 2 and 4, they will be removed from the property.
USACE will hold the meeting on June 17, 2026, from 6:00pm to 7:30pm at the Bastrop Convention Center located at 1408 B Chestnut, Bastrop, TX 78602.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that it is the intention of the City Council of the City of Austin, Texas, to issue one or more series of interest bearing certificates of obligation of the City to be entitled "City of Austin, Texas Certificates of Obligation", for the purpose of paying contractual obligations to be incurred by the City in connection with:
1. acquiring, constructing, renovating and equipping public safety facilities, including fire and emergency medical service stations and a protective shelter for victims of domestic violence;

3. acquiring, constructing, renovating and equipping administrative offices for the City;
4. acquiring, constructing, renovating and equipping drainage improvements in the City, including improvement to Longhorn Dam;
5. acquiring, constructing and improving streets, roads, alleys, bike lanes and sidewalks, and related utility relocation, drainage, signalization, landscaping, lighting and signage;
6. acquiring, constructing, renovating, installing and equipping water and wastewater utility improvements;
7. acquiring, constructing, renovating, installing and equipping electric utility improvements;
8. acquiring land and interests in land necessary for such projects; and
9. paying legal, fiscal, engineering and architectural fees in connection with such projects.
The City Council tentatively proposes to authorize the issuance of said series (one or more) of certificates of obligation through the adoption of one or more ordinances at its regular meeting place in the City Hall, 301 W. 2nd Street, Austin, Texas 78701, at a meeting to commence at 10 o'clock, a.m., on August 27, 2026. In the event the City Council will be unable to meet at City Hall on August 27, 2026, the City will post information on its website for attending the meeting by telephone, teleconference, or other electronic means in accordance with applicable law. The maximum amount of certificates of obligation indebtedness that may be authorized to be sold on said date for such purposes described above is $156,265,000. The City Council presently proposes to provide for payment of said series (one or more) of certificates of obligation from the levy of taxes and from a limited surplus revenue pledge (not to exceed $1,000) derived from the operation of the City's solid waste disposal system.
In accordance with the provisions of Subchapter C of Chapter 271, Texas Local Government Code, as amended ("Chapter 271"), the following information set forth in clauses (i) through (vi) below has been provided by the City (excludes $192,190,122.78 principal amount of outstanding debt obligations the City has designated as self-supporting and which the City reasonably expects to pay from revenue sources other than ad valorem taxes; provided, however, that in the event such self-supporting revenue sources are insufficient to pay debt service, the City is obligated to levy ad valorem taxes to pay such debt obligations): (i) the principal amount of all outstanding debt obligations of the City is $2,190,649,877.22; (ii) the current combined principal and interest required to pay all outstanding debt obligations of the City on time and in full is $3,088,211,847.44; (iii) the maximum principal amount of the certificates of obligation to be authorized is $156,265,000; (iv) the estimated combined principal and interest required to pay the certificates of obligation to be authorized on time and in full is $250,782,250; (v) the maximum interest rate for the certificates of obligation may not exceed the maximum legal interest rate; and (vi) the maximum maturity date of the certificates of obligation to be authorized is September 1, 2046. $136,098,153.99 of the outstanding debt obligations referred to in clause (i) above by their terms have a scheduled maturity date (payment date) of September 1, 2026 and will no longer be outstanding upon payment. The resolution designating certain outstanding debt obligations of the City as self-supporting for purposes of Chapter 271 is available upon request to the City at the address noted above.

The City of Cedar Park Department of Engineering, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information for Cluck Creek. Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Cluck Creek from a point approximately 150 ft upstream of Buttercup Creek Boulevard to 800 ft downstream of West Park Street.
The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) for a proposed project along Cluck Creek.
As a result of the revision, the floodway will widen and narrow within the revised area. The 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and decrease. The 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Southwestern Travis County Groundwater Conservation District (District) will hold a public hearing during its regular meeting on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 9:30 AM at the District office, 8656 W Hwy 71, Building A, Suite 224, Austin, Texas 78735, to receive public comment on proposed Desired Future Conditions (DFCs) being considered by Groundwater Management Area 9 (GMA 9).
GMA 9 Proposed DFCs
Trinity Aquifer
The DFC shall allow for an increase in average drawdown of approximately thirty feet through 2080, relative to 2008 water-level conditions, (throughout GMA 9), and as further specified below for each county within GMA 9, all consistent with "Scenario 6" in TWDB GAM Task 10-005 (original well locations/pumping volumes):
• Bandera County - Allow for an increase in average drawdown of approximately twenty-nine feet through 2080.
• Bexar County - Allow for an increase in average drawdown of approximately forty-six feet through 2080.
• Blanco County - Allow for an increase in average drawdown of approximately nineteen feet through 2080.
• Comal County - Allow for an increase in average drawdown of approximately twenty-four feet through 2080.
• Hays County - Allow for an increase in average drawdown of approximately nineteen feet through 2080.
• Kendall County - Allow for an increase in average drawdown of approximately twenty-nine feet through 2080.
• Kerr County - Allow for an increase in average drawdown of approximately thirty-nine feet through 2080.
• Medina County - Allow for an increase in average drawdown of approximately sixteen feet through 2080.
• Travis County - Allow for an increase in average drawdown of approximately twenty-eight feet through 2080.
Edwards Group of the Trinity Aquifer
The DFC shall allow for no net increase in average drawdown in Bandera and Kendall counties through 2080.
Ellenburger-San Saba Aquifer
The DFC shall allow for an increase in average drawdown of no more than 16 Feet in Kendall County and no more than 11 feet in Kerr County through 2080 consistent with Scenario 3 of the March 9, 2024 Technical Memorandum titled "Evaluation of Water Level Change Due to Potential Pumping in Ellenburger Unit in Blanco, Kendall, and Kerr Counties from End of 2010 to End of 2080 Using Llano Uplift Minor Aquifers Groundwater Availability Model."
Hickory Aquifer
The DFC shall allow for an increase in average drawdown of no more than 16 Feet in Kendall County through 2080 consistent with Scenario 3 of the March 9, 2024 Technical Memorandum titled "Evaluation of Water Level Change Due to Potential Pumping in Ellenburger Unit in Blanco, Kendall, and Kerr Counties from End of 2010 to End of 2080 Using Llano Uplift Minor Aquifers Groundwater Availability Model."
GMA 9 consists of the following member groundwater conservation districts: Bandera County River Authority and Groundwater District, Blanco-Pedernales GCD, Comal Trinity GCD, Cow Creek GCD, Hays-Trinity GCD, Headwaters GCD, Medina County GCD, Trinity-Glen Rose GCD, and Southwestern Travis County GCD.
This hearing is being held during a 90-day public comment period that began April 20, 2026, and ends July 20, 2026. Written comments may be submitted during the comment period by mail to P.O. Box 340595, Austin, TX 78734; by email to admin@swtcgcd.org; or in person at the District office. Oral or written comments may also be provided during the public hearing.
The meeting agenda, including instructions for attending and participating in the public hearing, will be posted at www.swtcgcd.com in accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act.
The proposed DFCs and supporting materials are available at www.gma9.org. Printed copies may also be reviewed at the District office by appointment.
Following the public hearing and comment period, the District will prepare and submit to GMA 9 a summary of relevant comments received, any recommended revisions to the proposed DFCs, and the basis for those recommendations for consideration at a future GMA 9 joint planning meeting.
