Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Adjustment on May 14, 2026 at 9:00 AM in the City Hall located at 1102 Lohmans Crossing Road, City of Lakeway, Texas, at which time all persons wishing to do so will be allowed to speak for or against the following:
A request from Trenton Valleau, the tenant for the owner of 1017 RR 620 S, for a variance of the Lakeway Code of Ordinances Sec. 30.04.001, pertaining to the operation of an appointment-only tattoo and cosmetic tattoo business at this location.
