MULTIFAMILY HOUSING TAX-EXEMPT REVENUE BONDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a telephonic public hearing to be held by Travis County Facilities Corporation (the "Issuer") on Monday, May 4, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. Interested parties may join the public hearing on the date and the time indicated above by dialing 1-855-282-6330 (US Toll Free) and, when prompted, entering the meeting code 2664 779 5252.
The hearing is regarding the issuance of obligations by the Issuer, which may be issued pursuant to a plan of finance in one or more series, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $50,000,000 (the "Bonds"). The Bonds will be issued as exempt facility bonds for qualified residential rental projects pursuant to section 142(a)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"). Proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to Cameron Road Apartments Ltd. or an affiliate thereof (collectively, the "Borrower") to finance the costs of the acquisition, construction and equipping of an approximately 336-unit multifamily housing facility (the "Project") to be located at approximately 4915 E Yager Lane, Austin, Texas 78754. The Borrower will be the initial owner and principal user of the Project.
All interested persons are invited to express their views with respect to the Project and the issuance of the Bonds. Questions or requests for additional information may be directed to the Issuer at 502 E. Highland Mall Blvd, Suite 106B, Austin, TX 78752. Any interested persons unable to dial into the hearing, but who would like to express their views with respect to the Project and the issuance of the Bonds, may submit their views in writing to the Issuer at the address above prior to the date scheduled for the hearing.
This notice is published and the above-described hearing is to be held in satisfaction of the requirements of section 147(f) of the Code.
