Development Project & Public Hearing
Notice is hereby Given to all interested persons, that:
Pursuant to the Development Corporation Act, as amended, on July 14, 2026, the City of Cedar Park Community Development (Type B) Corporation authorized the publication of Public Notices related to a SB 183A Frontage Road at Scottsdale Drive Improvements Project in Cedar Park, Texas (the "Project").
The Project will provide funding for consulting services to construct a new southbound right-turn lane to Scottsdale Dr and construct a new southbound acceleration lane from Scottsdale Dr. The two southbound 183A frontage thru lanes will shift west one lane to maintain two thru lanes. Funds will be applied toward design and construction costs. This Project improves safety and operational efficiency. The Corporation's expenditure on the proposed Project is estimated to be $800,000 although this amount is subject to future revision.
A public hearing will be held by the Corporation on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, at 6:30 pm at:

In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), public notice is hereby given that the Focused Environmental Assessment (EA) for the above-referenced project at the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport is available for public review and comment.
The Focused EA identifies the proposed action and no-action alternative and evaluates potential environmental impacts.
