Public hearing to consider and act on a request for Voluntary Annexation for +/-221.825 acres of land out of the Mozea Rousseau Survey, Abstract No. 56, described in instrument to Palm Properties, LLC recorded in Document No. 202401151 of the Official Public Records of Bastrop County, Texas, located in Bastrop County, Texas within the City of Bastrop Statutory Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, located east of Farm to Market 20, and south of State Highway 71, more commonly known as "Bastrop West".
